Light & Wonder Launches Playzido in Ontario

Light & Wonder, Inc., a company that specializes in providing products and content for land-based casinos and digital organizations, has recently announced its intention to launch Playzido in the province of Ontario, Canada. 

Playzido was acquired by Light & Wonder, formerly known as Scientific Games Corporation, back in 2022, the aim of which was to aid the distribution of their content worldwide. 

Playzido is an RGS (Remote Gaming Server) platform, providing B2B content creation and game development. 

By taking this content creation platform live in Ontario, Light & Wonder are extending their influence across North America. 

In this way, players residing in Ontario will now have access to a wide range of casino titles that have been developed by some of the most innovative gaming studios in the iGaming industry. 

Amongst these highly innovative gaming studios, one can find the following via this platform: 

• Bang Bang Games 

• Atlantic Digital 

• Pixiu Gaming 

So far, Light & Wonder is able to deliver over 3,500 casino game titles, all of which are supplied from a global network of in-house and third-party game studios. 

With regards to the announcement pertaining to the launch of Playzido in Ontario, Byron Bridger, Light & Wonder's Managing Director for Canada, made the following statement:
