We assumed this game is prioritized as such because it is an exclusive game, produced in-house. But when we asked customer support about it they said it is not the case.

Perhaps, N1 wanted to emphasize that they do offer a few crash-style games. However, advertising it this way, one would think this is the only one.

In any case, this is a classic crash game. You will be able to see other players' bets and activity in the game on the left of the game interface, introducing a social aspect to the game.

Considering how small the availability of live casino games at N1 is for Canadian players, crash-style games are the only other place we can have a more social type of gameplay.

Although in terms of graphics their games are not as interesting as Yggdrasil's, they are great for their features and enjoyable gameplay.

So we browsed the game selection available at N1 and we investigated whether this statement is true or false.

Which is the correct answer? We could not help but question how reliable the agents at N1's customer support are.

In the end, we were happy to see action being taken from the casino's end.

Waiting times are also too long with this customer support. We were left waiting for minutes at a time, adding up to waiting times of almost half an hour altogether.

May we add we were not discussing serious issues such as problems with withdrawals or deposits. We simply asked why the live casino library is so limited, just to be told that most games are not available in Canada.

We would expect a casino's CS agents to know details such as this one on the tips of their fingers. Having said that, when our issue was finally resolved, we received a very detailed response.

Overall we enjoyed our experience at N1 casino.

It offers an incredible choice of games, most of which are really beautiful and visually appealing games. We were wowed by the options available, some of which we had not seen at any casinos before.

We were also really hyped to discover one of our new favorite providers: Thunderkick. What an incredible collection of their games is available at this casino.

The bonuses are great and the website design looks great and is laid out in such a way that is super easy for the user to navigate.

However, we were certainly disappointed with how limited options were for Canadian audiences, especially in the live casino department. Although we understand that the country has rules in place, we do not understand why games by providers like Evolution and Pragmatic are restricted.

These are two of the biggest providers in the industry, and although the casino does offer their games, they have been made unavailable to Candian audiences, whereas, at other casinos, Candian players can access their games with no problem.

The customer support service has lots of room for improvement and we hope that when you have any issues you will receive better service than we did.

So would we recommend this casino or not?

Yes, despite the issues which annoyed us, we really enjoyed our time there and think you might too! However, not if you prefer Live Casino games.
